How can I confirm the authenticity of the product?
You will find the BIS symbol (insert symbol) and your 6 digit HUID code inscribed on the product which verifies the authenticity of the gold. We also provide a certificate of authenticity which clearly mentions the purity of the gold and the grade of diamonds.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day money back return and 15-day exchange policy starting from the date you recieve your shipment.
What is STAC Jewellery made of?
All STAC pieces are crafted in 18 KT gold and natural diamonds and stones wherever applicable. The diamonds used are of the grade SI/IJ.
Are your shipments secure?
Yes. All STAC shipments are secure and insured. They are shipped in STAC branded tamper proof courier envelopes and via verified shipping companies like BlueDart, Sequel and BVC. Please ensure that you do not accept the parcel if it is not sealed or seems to have been tampered with. Please note that all our shipments are packed and sealed in a secure facility with CCTV surveillance and once you have accepted the parcel, STAC will not be liable for any missing pieces.
